Our Story
A random message, a drive-thru first date, and a love that kept choosing the trip.

Funny enough, our story started in one of the places we both used the least: Facebook. It was random, simple, and somehow immediately familiar. Conversation came so easily, like we had known each other long before we ever had a reason to say hello.
We were in two different cities, so the beginning of us was built on phone calls. Long calls, late calls, everyday calls, the kind where time disappears and the person on the other side starts feeling like home.
Our first date was not candlelight and reservations. It was a drive-thru at In-N-Out because we were both starving, and honestly, that made it perfect. There we were, laughing, eating, and discovering that love does not always need a grand entrance. Sometimes it arrives with fries.
After only three months together, I told her she was going to be my wife. She laughed, because of course she did. But I meant it. Somewhere between the calls, the visits, and the peace she carried with her, I already knew.
For more than two years, she drove and took flights every other weekend to Dallas so we could keep choosing each other in real life, not only through a screen. That kind of love is not loud. It is steady. It shows up.
She is the calmest and most peaceful woman I have ever met. With her, love feels safe. And with me, I hope she has always felt free to be fully herself, to speak her heart, to feel deeply, and to be loved without judgment.
Our story is funny, tender, imperfect, and ours. From a random Facebook conversation to forever, we are grateful for every mile, every call, every laugh, and every moment that brought us here.
